Hi! My name is Nadia. I am Swiss-American.
In reality, though, I can’t really say I’m from either Switzerland or the U.S., having spent my whole life moving every couple of years...but here’s my story (or a glimpse of it).

So, armed with a love of food and the magic of her teachings, I set off on a culinary journey that has spanned the last
It's simple, really. I love food. Real food. The closer to the earth, the better. And one of my favorite things in the world is sharing that food. As such, my kitchen is always full. You will find me there most nights with friends, family, or my
This is my special place, where I get to share my food and capture memories along the way.
Thanks so much for stopping by, and bon appétit!
